This comprehensive Trainer's Guide provides all the materials needed to run a 1 day workshop on Managing Time, Stress and our own Development. It shows delegates how to take responsibility for their own learning and development using the skills of self- awareness and continuous learning, supported by techniques for managing time and stress.

Workshop Materials are made up of the following:

1. Leader Notes (the tutors manual which includes Diagrams, Activities and PowerPoint slides on CD-ROM)
